There are many countries in the gulf. Most of them arn't really well known but they are all very interesting. Some of the countries are: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Palestine, Bahrain, Oman, UAE. The Arab states of the Persian Gulf all have significant revenues from oil and gas and have considerably small local populations. The Arab states of the Gulf share a regional culture that is sometimes referred to as "khaleeji (gulf) culture". They all speak Arabic and share similar music styles.
